Poor quality
If the straps were better quality, I wouldn't be replacing 2 on the first use of the bag. Should have been a free replacement!

Lost 2 of my original straps. The replacement ones are identical as the ones that come with the bags and fit perfectly. Tired others brands but did not fit properly or not at all. Customer service was great making my shopping experience great and easy.
