Shipping policy

 

Postage Australia: We charge a flat rate of AU$12.00 to deliver anywhere in Australia. Shipping is FREE for all orders valued at $200 or more. Not including Promotions. (Express Shipping options are available) Transit Cover is only included with Express Shipping.

Postage New Zealand: We Charge a flat rate of AU$15.00 for standard shipping.(Express Shipping options are available) Transit Cover is only included with Express Shipping.

Australia Post is used for all customer orders through this online store. 

Rove and Saddle Distribution ship to Australia & New Zealand and use Australia Post or Aramex/Direct Freight for all our shipping needs. We use plain packaging, satchels or cartons for all orders, and post items by regular mail/courier or express mail. We endeavor to process your orders as quickly as possible and are usually able to fill orders immediately, however, please allow 27 business days for delivery depending on destination.

We cannot and will not be held liable if Australia Post fails to deliver in required time or your purchase is damaged or lost in transit as this is entirely at the customer's sole risk. Transit Cover is only available with Express Shipping. If you did not select Express Shipping with your order we cannot assist you in replacing your lost or damaged order. If an item is ordered, but out of stock or delayed, we will inform you. 

Orders Processed Daily and Shipped (MONDAY- FRIDAY)

All orders are processed daily from Monday to Friday 9AM to 4PM and are dispatched the next business day. We endeavour to process your orders as quickly as possible and are usually able to fulfil orders immediately, as we are human issues do sometimes occur. Please allow 2- 4 business days for dispatch of orders. 

Orders placed on a Thursday after 11:00AM or Friday/Public Holiday & weekend.

Any orders placed on a Friday/Public Holiday and weekend, will be shipped out on the next available business day

Pre order items
Items that are bought are pre order are subject to 30 day exchange policy from date of dispatch. Pre orders must allow 5-15 days for delivery after specified shipment date arrival and or when shipment is received by Rove and Saddle Distribution.
